Livingston & Haven’s Lean Program

The Lean Council and the Marketing Department of Livingston and Haven are launching an exciting internal campaign focusing on our new lean initiative. Lean is a term that’s been thrown around quite a bit over the last year. Now we’re not just talking about it anymore, we’re actually incorporating it into our business! In order to do this we must teach everyone in the company what lean is and how they can use it in their jobs. Our goal is to get all associates involved with our new lean efforts! That is why we have planned a series of activities to achieve this particular goal.

The company is aiming to provide associates with lean tools in order to inspire your best efforts to eliminate waste on a regular basis. We’re focused on introducing and implementing lean principles into all work environments. Through motivational goals and objectives, proactive management and knowledgeable employees L&H is committed to building and maintaining a lean company.
